1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Linkiri.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linkiri.io provides a service for creating shareable cart links with promo codes for Shopify stores. We integrate with Shopify stores through the Shopify Storefront API using read-only access tokens.

Our Service allows you to:

• Connect your Shopify store via read-only API access
• Create shareable links with products and promo codes
• Track clicks on your generated links
• Manage your links and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. Your login credentials are encrypted and stored securely through Clerk App's authentication services.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store to Linkiri, you grant us read-only access to your store data through the Shopify Storefront API. We only access:

• Product information (names, prices, images, availability)
• Promo codes and discount information
• Store configuration necessary for link generation

We do NOT access or store:

• Customer personal data
• Payment information
• Order details
• Any write access to your store

5. Subscription and Payments

Linkiri offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Clerk App. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

Subscription terms:

• Monthly and yearly billing options are available
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of payment upon request

6. Data Collection and Analytics

We collect the following data to provide and improve our Service:

• Basic usage analytics of the Linkiri platform (powered by Vercel)
• Click tracking on generated links to provide analytics
• Account information (email, encrypted password)
• Shopify store connection details (domain, API token)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@linkiri.io.

9. Limitation of Liability

Linkiri.io is operated by an individual in Poland, not a legal entity. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
